The Broncos have today confirmed the re-signing of five-eighth Anthony Milford for a further 4 years, keeping him at the club until the end of 2021.
The deal is reportedly worth about $4 million total.
Milford had attracted interest from the Storm as a potential replacement for Sydney-bound Cooper Cronk, but after he notified them last week that he was rejecting their offer, his re-signing became a formality.
Utility Jordan Kahu and second-rower Alex Glenn have been expected to re-sign for a while now, and the Broncos will also have to make a decision on off-contract stars Darius Boyd, James Roberts and Adam Blair, among others.
Milford has made 105 appearances for the Broncos and Raiders, and 5 Tests for Samoa.
He was #9 on The Obstruction Rule’s Free Agent Top 100.
