Whoever refills the pens at the Warriors is going to be busy, after the New Zealand club went on a re-signing spree this afternoon.
Top of the last of announcements is the re-signing of young five-eighth Ata Hingano, on a three-year deal until the end of 2020.
Next, centre Blake Ayshford, who’s signed on for another two years, keeping him in Auckland until the end of 2019.
Also given a new two-year deal is winger Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad, and half Mason Lino.
Rounding out the list are NYC players Lewis Soosemea and Joe Vuna, both given two-year contracts.
Hingano has made 7 appearances for the Warriors, and 1 for Tonga.
He was #76 on The Obstruction Rule’s Free Agent Top 100.
Ayshford has played 157 first grade games for the Warriors, Sharks and Tigers.
He was #85 on The Obstruction Rule’s Free Agent Top 100.
Nicoll-Klokstad has played 4 matches for the Warriors, and 1 Test for the Cook Islands.
Lino has played 3 first grade games for the Warriors, and 1 Test for Samoa.
