Apparently not content with having poached Broncos prop Jarrod Wallace (who’s immediately made the leap to playing State of Origin), the Titans are hoping to go back to the well a second time, with the club targeting Broncos forward Jai Arrow.
The Titans’ interest in Arrow has been floating around social media for weeks, but now 7 Sport is reporting that he’s “close to making the switch“.
After making 12 appearances for the Broncos in 2016, Arrow appeared to be headed for a full-time starting role. However, after coming off the bench in the opening rounds, he’s disappeared since injuring his thumb, making a lone appearance in Round 12 since returning.
Nonetheless, the Titans will no doubt be confident of getting the best out of him, as they have with Wallace.
Arrow has played 18 games for the Broncos.
He’s #50 on The Obstruction Rule’s Free Agent Top 100.
