The Broncos have this morning announced the re-signing of young forward Jo Ofahengaue to a new, two-year deal.
The new deal will keep the 21-year-old Tongan international at Red Hill until the end of 2019.
Ofahengaue was last week reported as being “close to re-signing“, and it turns out that report was right on the money.
The Broncos will be thrilled to keep a young forward at the club, with Jai Arrow reportedly linked to the Titans, and Wayne Bennett having last week revealed that Herman Ese’ese will join the Knights.
Ofahengaue has made 39 appearances for the Broncos, and played 1 Test for Tonga.
