As expected, Dragons prop Mose Masoe has secured a release to join Hull KR for the remainder of 2017, pending a visa clearance.
The club announced his signing today on a short term deal, with an option for 2018 (they didn’t specify whether that’s a player or team option).
Masoe was a dominant force off the bench in his previous NRL stints at the Panthers and Roosters, but failed to ever play first grade for the Dragons after an ACL injury sidelined him for the entire 2016 season.
The move was tipped on Monday by the Hull Daily Mail.
Masoe has played 63 first grade games for the Panthers and Roosters, and 7 Tests for Samoa.
