UPDATE 28/7 @1:25pm: A NSWRL spokesperson has reportedly denied that a decision has been made on Daley’s future.
There’s surely SOMEONE in New South Wales who thinks this is a good idea (Mitchell Pearce?).
According to Fox Sports, reporter James Hooper has revealed that the NSWRL are set to offer Blues coach Laurie Daley another 12 months in charge of New South Wales.
However, Daley has yet to make a decision on whether or not he wishes to continue in the role (so don’t go burning down ANZ Stadium just yet).
Daley has coached New South Wales for five series, winning 6 matches at a percentage of 40%.
He won a legion of fans when he guided the Blues to victory in 2014, before losing them all when he brought back Mitchell Pearce this year.
