He’s not even off contract until the end of next season, but Rabbitohs second-rower Angus Crichton is attracting plenty of interest already.
It was reported last month that the Roosters are keen to lure him to Bondi, and now you can add the Sharks to the list as well.
According to Fox Sports, Crichton has been seen having a meeting with his agent and Sharks coach Shane Flanagan.
The Rabbitohs are already in talks to keep Crichton long-term, however the longer it takes, the more nervous they’ll get, as November 1 approaches. That’s the date from which rival clubs can sign opposition players for 2019.
We don’t expect either the Roosters or Sharks to waste any time tabling an offer, should they get the opportunity.
