Giant Broncos forward Tevita Pangai Jr is set to become a lot richer, as competing NRL clubs jostle for the signature of the young star.
It was reported last week that the Knights had already expressed their interest in the services of the 22-year-old, and now the Eels have joined in.
According to The Mole on WWOS, the Eels are targeting an additional forward to bolster their pack for next season, and Pangai Jr is their “main target“.
That will put the Eels in at least a three-way bidding war with the Knights and Broncos, and as a result, Pangai Jr is set to reap the benefits.
Pangai Jr has played 35 first grade games for the Broncos, and 3 Tests for Tonga.
