Add Jarrod Croker to the list of Raiders signing long-term deals well before their contract expires.
The Raiders have today announced that Croker has joined the likes of Joey Leilua and Jack Wighton in extending his contract with the club a year early. Croker has signed for a further two years, which will see him remain in Canberra until the end of 2020.
Raiders CEO Don Furner said a month ago that he planned to tie down Croker long-term, and he hasn’t wasted any time following through.
Other Raiders in talks for long-term extensions include five-eighth Blake Austin, and second-rower Elliot Whitehead.
Croker has played 209 first grade games for the Raiders since his debut in 2009.
