With winger Blake Ferguson on his way to Parramatta next year, the Roosters have a vacancy for a representative-calibre winger, and are wasting no time trying to fill it.
According to Fox Sports, the Roosters are looking at Bulldogs winger Brett Morris as a potential option, as well as English Test winger Ryan Hall.
Morris was linked to the Dragons over the weekend, and appears to be in hot demand as the best veteran wing option available.
Hall presents as an intriguing option given his size and experience, though it’s worth noting that in recent times, British forwards (like Sam Burgess, James Graham and Elliott Whitehead) have had a lot more success in Australia than British backs (like Sam Tomkins, Dan Sarginson and Joe Burgess).
Morris has played 230 first grade games for the Bulldogs and Dragons, 15 Origins for New South Wales, and 18 Tests for Australia.
Hall has played 313 games for Leeds, and 32 Tests for England.
