It’s now believed Dragons fullback Josh Dugan will miss just 3 weeks with his fractured cheekbone.

The Cowboys and Maroons are both sweating on Monday scans for halfback Johnathan Thurston, after he suffered a suspected shoulder tear in the Kangaroos Friday night victory over New Zealand.

Sharks chairperson Damian Keogh resigned his position, after being arrested for drug possession.

The Rugby League Players Association have submitted their salary cap counter-proposal to the NRL – which is believed to be about $800,000 more than the NRL’s offer.

City coach Brad Fittler has come up with a creative plan for the NRL to support the game in the bush.

The NRL will consider boosting it’s drug testing regimes, after a string of drug scandals over the weekend.

Sharks captain Paul Gallen isn’t expecting a State of Origin call-up.

The Eels have rejected a Wests Tigers offer to swap five-eighth Mitchell Moses for Clint Gutherson.

Storm forward Felise Kaufusi has been charged with Grade One Dangerous Contact, but would avoid suspension with an early guilty plea.

Storm prop Jesse Bromwich has been suspended for 2 games and stood down as Kiwis captain, after his involvement in a drug scandal following the Kiwis’ loss.

Titans second-rower Kevin Proctor has stood down as a Titans co-captain for his own role in the afore-mentioned drug controversy.
